From Yesterday To Today is a collection of classic flash, thoughtfully reimagined by the tattooers shaping the scene now. We reached out to some of our favorite artists and invited them to select classic flash that inspires them, then repaint and reinterpret those designs for the book. Each artist’s sheet is paired with a short career story, an explanation of why they chose that particular tattooer, and insights into their creative process. The book is a hardback with a dust jacket that evokes the look and feel of a traditional carrier sheet. Featuring over 100 pages of reimagined sheets and personal stories from today’s tattooers.
